This website is operated by Snapix Ltd., operating as Snapix Money, an Ontario corporation. This is the website privacy notice for snapixmoney.com and related pre-launch forms. It is not a full Snapix Money product privacy policy for live payment accounts. A broader product privacy policy will be published before live product accounts and payment services launch.
Two form systems
This website uses two separate form systems. System 1 — Web3Forms: the Contact, Support, Customer Early Access, Merchant Interest and Partner Inquiry forms are submitted through Web3Forms for form processing and delivery to Snapix. System 2 — Career Application: career applications use the Snapix private application backend (PocketBase) with Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot verification. The two systems are described separately below.
System 1 — Web3Forms (Contact, Support, Early Access, Merchant Interest, Partner Inquiry)
These five forms are submitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, for delivery to Snapix. The information you enter — such as name, business details, email, phone, city/province, postal information, enquiry or message content, merchant profile answers and partnership capability answers — is sent to Web3Forms and delivered to Snapix. These five forms are NOT stored in the Snapix PocketBase backend. This notice does not claim specific Web3Forms retention periods or infrastructure locations, as those have not been separately verified. Third-party service providers may process information as needed to deliver these services.
System 2 — Career Application (Snapix application backend)
Career applications use the Snapix private application backend (PocketBase). Applications may include contact details, professional profiles, education, experience, written answers and a resume/CV file. Resumes are stored in private protected backend file storage. Notification emails to the careers inbox do not attach your resume. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for Career Application anti-bot verification only — it is not used on the five Web3Forms above. We use application data to evaluate candidacy and communicate about the role.
Sensitive data we do not request
Website forms do not request full card numbers, CVV, PIN, banking passwords, banking login credentials, or unnecessary identity documents. Never submit these through any form or email on this website.
Local drafts in your browser
The Merchant Interest form and the Career Application form may save a draft of your typed progress locally in your browser on the device you are using, so progress is not lost if you refresh or move between steps. For Career Applications, resume files are not stored in that local draft. The local draft is cleared after a successful submission, and clearing your browser or site storage can also remove it. This local draft stays on your device — it is not server storage.
Hosting
This website is hosted using Hostinger infrastructure.
Technical logs
Hosting and backend systems may automatically create technical logs such as IP address, time and user-agent information for security and operation. These logs are retained for limited periods consistent with hosting practice.
Storage & retention
Career application data is stored in the Snapix private application backend (PocketBase), and Snapix Ltd. retains that application data as needed to evaluate candidacy and communicate about the role, then removes it when no longer required, subject to legal obligations. For the five Web3Forms submissions, the information is processed and delivered by Web3Forms as a third-party service; Web3Forms retention and infrastructure are governed by Web3Forms and are not controlled by Snapix. Snapix Ltd. retains the submissions it receives as needed to respond and evaluate a potential relationship, then removes them when no longer required, subject to legal obligations.
Your rights
You can request a copy of information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email legal@snapixmoney.com from the address you used and describe the request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Consent on forms
Where a form includes a consent checkbox, you must check it before submission. That consent covers Snapix Ltd., operating as Snapix Money, processing and using the submission to respond and evaluate the request described on that form. Career applications are also stored in the Snapix private application backend as described above.
Product privacy (future)
Before live wallets, merchant accounts and payment services launch, Snapix Money will publish a product privacy policy covering accounts, transactions, devices, tokens, merchant data, rewards, receipts, notifications, processors and user rights.
